- ফেসবুক,গুগল/অনলাইনের যেকোন বিজ্ঞাপন এর ক্ষেত্রে:
- ফেসবুক বিজ্ঞাপন এর ক্ষেত্রে যদি বিজ্ঞাপন ফেসবুক এপ্রুভ না করে তাহলে নতুন বিজ্ঞাপন চালাতে হবে। কোন কারণে যদি সকল বিজ্ঞাপন ই ফেসবুক ডিসএপ্রুভ করে এবং আমাদের সকল চেষ্টা ও পরামর্শ এর পরেও আপনার কাজটি সফল না হয় তবে, যে টাকা আপনি পেমেন্ট করেছেন তা থেকে সার্ভিস চার্জ (যদি আমরা মনে করি) বাদে সম্পূর্ন টাকা আপনাকে ১-৭ কর্মদিবস এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে। (বিকাশ,রকেট,নগদ,উপায় ১-২ কর্মদিবস এর মধ্যে এবং ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এর মাধ্যমে ৪-৭ কর্মদিবস এর মধ্যে)।
- আপনার বিজ্ঞাপন চালাতে গিয়ে যদি আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানিক ভাবে কোন কারিগরি সমস্যার কারণে বিজ্ঞাপন চালাতে ব্যার্থ হই/অফ হয়ে যায় তবে, ইতিমধ্যে যতটা খরচ হয়েছে বাকি সম্পুর্ন টাকা রিফান্ড পাবেন কোন প্রকার সার্ভিস দিতে হবেনা (শুধুমাত্র মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং ক্যাশ আউট চার্জ পাবেন না)।
- আপনার বিজ্ঞাপন চলাকালীন যদি আপনি কোন ক্রমে আপনার চলমান বিজ্ঞাপন এর পেজের এক্সেস বাতিল করে/বিজ্ঞাপন নিয়ে কোন প্রকার কারসাজি করেন আর তাহাতে যদি আমাদের একাউন্ট এর উপর প্রভাব পরে তবে আপনার সম্পূর্ন টাকা ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসেবে কেটে রাখা হবে/বাড়তি জরিমানা দাবি করার ক্ষমতা রাখে কর্তৃপক্ষ।
- আপনার বিজ্ঞাপন টি যদি আমাদের বলার পরেও আপনি সঠিক ভাবে সংশোধন না করে আমাদের বলেন যে সংশোধন করেছি এমতাবস্থায় আপনার বিজ্ঞাপন এর কারণে যদি আমাদের বিজ্ঞাপন একাউন্ট এর কোন প্রকার ক্ষতি হয় তবে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা আমরা ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসেবে কেটে নিবো/আরও জরিমানা দাবি করার ক্ষমতা রাখে কর্তৃপক্ষ।
- এছাড়া অন্যান্য সমস্যার কারণে যদি আপনার অর্থ আমরা মনে করি আপনার কারণে নষ্ট হয়েছে তবে আমরা তাহা ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসেবে কেটে রাখার ক্ষমতা রাখিবো। (যদি আপনাদের কারণে হয় তাহার প্রমানাদি সাপেক্ষে) এ সিদ্ধান্ত শুধুমাত্র “মল্লিক আইটি” কর্তৃপক্ষের। বিঃদ্রঃ আপনি নিশ্চিত থাকুন যদি আপনার দিক থেকে কোন সমস্যা নাথাকে তবে সম্পূর্ন টাকাই রিফান্ড পাবেন

- ওয়েবসাইট/এপ্স ডেভলপমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রেঃ
- যদি আপনি কোন ওয়েবসাইট ডেভলপমেন্ট জন্য অর্ডার দেন এবং তো আমাদের যেকোন কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারনে আমরা সম্পন্ন করতে না পারি তবে সম্পূর্ন টাকা রিফান্ড পাবেন।
- যদি আপনি কোন কারনে কাজটি আর এগিয়ে নিতে না পারেন তাহলে, আমাদের খরচ হওয়া টাকা (ডোমেইন, হোস্টিং, থিম, প্লাগিং ইত্যাদির) যেটুকু পরিশ্রম হয়েছে তাহার সার্ভিস চার্জ বাদে বাকি সব টাকা আপনি রিফান্ড পাবেন।
- আমাদের কাজের জন্য দেওয়া আপনার যেকোন কোন এক্সেস যেমন-ওয়েব, জিমেইল অথবা পেজের এক্সেস না বলে বাতিল করলে কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড করা হবেনা।
- কাজের ক্ষেত্রে যেকোন রিকমেন্ড ১-৭ দিনের মধ্যে না প্রদান করলে সর্বচ্চো ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে দিতে ব্যার্থ হলে কোন রিফান্ড করা হবেনা। যেমন-ইউজার, লগো, কভার, ব্যানার, ইত্যদি ইনফরমেশন।

গ্রফিক্স ডিজাইন, এপ্স ডেভলপমেন্ট, গুগল এডসেন্স, পেজ ডিজাইন সহ অন্যান্ন সার্ভিস এবং যেকোন ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বা সেলিং মার্কেটপ্লেস এর অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে: আপনি কোন রিকমেন্ড দিতে ব্যার্থ হলে সর্বচ্চো ১৫ দিন সময় দেওয়া হবে। এই সময়ের মধ্যে দিতে ব্যার্থ হলে এডভান্সকৃত টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবেনা।
বিঃদ্রঃ অর্ডার নেওয়ার পূর্বে আমরা অবশ্যই রিকয়েমেন্ট এর ব্যাপারে অবহিত করবো।

↪-> আমাদের অন্যান্য সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড পলিসি:
- আমাদের অন্যান্য সার্ভিস এর রিফান্ড পলিসি ফেসবুক বিজ্ঞাপন এর রিফান্ড পলিসি এর সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ। যদি আপনার কারণে আমাদের কোন সার্ভিস এর অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল হয় তবে আমরা সার্ভিস চার্জ বাদে আপনাকে বাকি অর্থ রিফান্ড করে দিবো। (যদি আমাদের কম্পানির ক্ষতি সাধিত হয় তবে আমরা পূর্ণ অর্থ ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসেবে রেখে দিতে পারবো এবং আরও বাড়তি জরিমানা চাওয়ার ক্ষমতা রাখিবো।
- আমাদের কারণে যদি আপনার সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি না দিতে পারি এবং সর্বসাকুল্যে যদি সম্ভব ই না হয় তবে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ টাকা রিফান্ড পাবেন। (যদিও আমরা সার্ভিস চার্জ দাবি করতে পারিবো।
নোটঃ আপনি আমাদের অর্ডার করার পূর্বে অবশ্যই আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি সম্পর্কে জেনে নিবেন।
সম্পূর্ন ধারনা নিয়েই কেবল আমাদের সঙ্গে চুক্তি সম্পাদন করবেন।
এই প্রতিষ্ঠান এর সকল নীতিমালা কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন/পরিবর্ধন ও সংশোধন এর ক্ষমতা রাখে।

In case of any advertisement on Facebook, Google / online:
In case of Facebook advertisement, if the advertisement is not approved by Facebook, then new advertisement has to be run. If for any reason all the ads e-Facebook disapprove and after all our efforts and suggestions your work is not successful, the full amount except service charge (if we think) from the money you have paid will be refunded to you within 1-7 working days. Will be done. (Development, Rocket, Cash, Way within 1-2 working days and Bank Transfer within 4-6 working days).
In case your organization fails to run the ad due to some technical problem while running your ad, you will get full refund of the remaining amount already spent (no mobile banking cash out charge only).
Authorities have the power to claim full penalties if you inadvertently disenfranchise the page of your running ad / manipulate the ad in any way during your ad and if that affects our account then your full money will be deducted as compensation / additional penalty.
If you do not correctly correct your ad even after telling us that you have corrected it. In this case, if any kind of damage is done to our advertising account due to your ad, we will deduct the full amount as compensation / the authority has the power to demand further penalty.
In addition, if you think your money has been lost due to other problems, we will be able to deduct it as compensation. (If it is due to you, subject to proof) This decision is only for the “Mallick IT” authorities. Note: You can be sure that if there is no problem on your part, you will get a full refund

In case of website / apps development:
If you place an order for a website development and we are unable to complete it due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund.
If for some reason you are unable to proceed with the work, you will receive a refund for all costs incurred except for the service charge for the amount of money we have spent (on domain, hosting, theme, plugin, etc.).
No refunds will be granted if any of your access to our work, such as Web, Gmail or Pages, is denied access.
In case of work, if any recommendation is not given within 1-7 days, no refund will be given if it fails to give within maximum 15 days. Such as user, logo, cover, banner, etc. information.______________________________________
Graphics Design, App Development, Google Adsense, Page Design and other services and in order of any freelancing or selling Marketplace: If you fail to give any recommendation, maximum 15 days will be given. If you fail to pay within this period, the advanced money will not be refunded.

The refund policy of our other services is consistent with the refund policy of Facebook Advertising.
